Sen. Rand Paul, one of the Republican holdouts in the Senate on President Trump’s “one big, beautiful bill,” tells “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that the “math doesn’t really add up” for spending in the bill, and he feels the bill is a “vehicle of increasing spending for the military and the border.”
